一、爱尔兰的法定节假日有哪些？

爱尔兰每年有九个法定公共假日(public holidays)，分别是：

一月一日元旦；

三月十七日圣帕特里克节，相当于国庆；

复活节星期一，每年的日期不定，在三月二十日到四月二十七日之间；

五月第一个星期一；

六月第一个星期一；

八月第一个星期一；

十月最后一个星期一；

十二月二十五日，圣诞节；

十二月二十刘日，圣斯蒂芬节。

另外复活节前的星期五是银行假日(bank holiday)，这一天所有银行放假，公司可以选择放假，但不受法律保护。

上面所有假期如果遇到周末则向下一个星期顺延。
